When you purchase a ticket, your seat is held for you and cannot be sold to anyone else, therefore all ticket sales are final. There are times that if you will contact us before the show, we may be able to change your show tickets to another day. Occasionally a customer makes a mistake when ordering (for example the wrong date or the wrong quantity). It is up to you to contact us immediately, so we can help you resolve the error.
